Last updated: March 10, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the anyterm platform (“Service”), operated by Rosabrillo s.r.o., a company incorporated under the laws of the Slovak Republic, with its registered office in Slovakia (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

anyterm is an end-to-end encrypted remote terminal streaming platform that allows users to share terminal sessions securely over the web. The Service employs a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning we cannot access the content of your encrypted terminal sessions.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and encryption keys.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Rosabrillo s.r.o. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Portions of the Service may be available under open-source licenses as specified in the applicable repositories.

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7. Data and Encryption

anyterm uses end-to-end encryption (XChaCha20-Poly1305, X25519 key exchange, Argon2id key derivation). Due to our zero-knowledge architecture:

  • We cannot access, recover, or decrypt the content of your terminal sessions.
  • You are solely responsible for managing your encryption keys and passwords.
  • Loss of your encryption keys may result in permanent loss of access to your encrypted data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union:

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Slovak law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the European Union.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also have the right to submit a dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
